For Twitter, he lead and developed a global study of advertiser perceptions and advertising behaviors of Twitter and Twitter’s competitors at businesses and advertising agencies leading to the development of marketing and sales strategies and goals.  He uncovered which perceptions have the largest correlations with advertising investments and what is driving changes spends and advertiser retention at Twitter and its competitors.

Jon was contracted at Scholastic Book Fairs to be part of the fast-paced response to the pandemic.  He conducted quantitative and qualitative research on school librarians to produce crucial segmentations for COVID-19 strategy development. Including identifying the most likely and least likely schools to host a book fair by cross-referencing and clustering both sales, demographic, and survey data with two-step, k-means, and decision tree analysis. Additionally, he concept-tested alternatives to traditional book fairs aiding in the development of outdoor and virtual book fairs.

Jon has done several projects for Walt Disney World regarding the user experience and satisfaction of mobile apps and websites and in-park digital experiences.
